Spiritual Growth Experience
Chapel | A Time to Be Filled and Refreshed
Each month, students gather for a powerful, Spirit-filled chapel service designed specifically for them. These moments allow them to worship, receive fresh vision, and be filled up as they continue pursuing all that God has called them to.
Pray First | Daily Time with God
At JLA, we start each day by prioritizing Prayer. Students have dedicated time every morning to pray, worship, and dive into God’s Word, developing the personal disciplines needed to build a strong, unshakable devotional life.
Local Outreach | Being the Hands and Feet of Jesus
We believe the Church is called to go beyond its four walls. JLA students are actively involved in serving our citythrough Journey Church’s outreach ministries, bringing hope, healing, and the love of Jesus to those in need. Whether it’s serving the homeless, ministering to families, or leading community initiatives, students are empowered to be a light in the world.

At JLA, students don’t just learn about God’s heart for the world—they experience it firsthand. Through life-changing mission trips, students are stretched, challenged, and inspired to love and serve people just like Jesus did. These trips cultivate a passion for global impact and equip students to be bold carriers of the Gospel—wherever they go.
Culture Conference | Culture Isn’t Meant To Blend In
Every year, Journey Church hosts Culture Conference, a life-changing experience where thousands of leaders and students gather to be inspired, equipped, and empowered. JLA students have front-row access to this transformational event, where they will receive spiritual renewal, fresh vision, breakthrough, and leadership training that will propel them into the next season of their journey.
