Under Charlie’s leadership, JLA has become a transformative environment where students commit at least two years to personal and ministerial growth, emerging equipped with essential life skills, profound biblical literacy, unshakable joy, and a deep love for Jesus—ready to lead in ministry or the marketplace.

Charlie oversees a thriving leadership pipeline that strengthens Journey Church from within, ensuring that our dedicated students—who are the backbone of the church—bring energy, momentum, and a life-giving culture to every team. At JLA, leadership isn’t just taught; it’s lived. The program reflects a powerful shift in the Church, moving beyond “Christian programs” to Christian practice—developing not just great services inside the church, but great people who serve outside of it.
